Kyle Crowley
Kyle Crowley brings more than 30 years of utility and power generationleadership, including two decades at Exelon Corporation, where he led everymerger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture from 2008 forward. AsSenior Vice President and Chief Development Officer, and later Senior VicePresident of Corporate Finance and Development, Kyle closed more than 65transactions representing over $38 billion in equity value and grew Exelon fromtwo utilities to six. He directed Exelon’s $7.9 billion acquisition ofConstellation Energy Group in 2012 and its $6.9 billion acquisition of PepcoHoldings in 2016, and he led the 2022 separation of Constellation EnergyCorporation, the largest nuclear generator in the United States, into anindependent public company. Histransaction record spans nuclear, gas, wind, solar, and fuel cells. For ONENuclear, Kyle offers direct nuclear ownership experience, deep utilityrelationships, and disciplined transaction execution. He holds an MBA from theUniversity of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from IndianaUniversity’s Kelley School of Business.

Darryl K. Willis
Darryl Willis is Corporate Vice President for Energy andResources at Microsoft, where he leads the company's global industry strategyand has helped grow its energy business from approximately $1 billion to $8billion. He previously launched and led Google Cloud's energy industry practiceas Vice President and spent more than 25 years at bp in senior operating andexecutive leadership roles, including President and CEO of bp Angola, where hetransformed a $5 billion business into one of the company's top-performingoperations. At Microsoft, he has helped advance the industry's transition fromcoal-fired to advanced nuclear generation. Darryl serves on the board of theAmerican Bureau of Shipping, and Nine Energy Service. For ONE Nuclear, hebrings unique access to hyperscale and data center decision-makers, combinedwith deep operational expertise across the energy sector. He holds an MS inBusiness from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MS in Geology andGeophysics from the University of New Orleans.

Elizabeth S. Williams
Elizabeth S. Williams is Founder and Managing Partner of &Minds Partners, an advisory firm focused on strategy, M&A, and the energy transition. She serves as an independent director of Innventure (NASDAQ: INV), sitting on its Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees, and as Audit Committee Chair of Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VIII (NASDAQ: HCICU), both vehicles created to accelerate capital into climate-transition technologies. Elizabeth was Head of Corporate Strategy (SVP) at ABB in Zurich, overseeing the planning and execution of $20 billion in institutional investments, and Head of Corporate Strategy at Maersk in Copenhagen. As SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Tenneco, she led a 60-member team through diligence on a $5.4 billion acquisition. For ONE Nuclear, Elizabeth brings public-company governance rigor, audit leadership, and industrial strategy depth. She holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Daniel J. Hennessy
Daniel J. Hennessy is Founder and Managing Partner of Hennessy Capital LLC, an alternative investment firm he established in 2013 to focus on sustainable industrial technology and infrastructure. Dan has built one of the most active sponsor franchises on Nasdaq, taking a succession of Hennessy Capital vehicles public and using them to bring industrial and energy-transition businesses to the public markets, among them Blue Bird Corporation, Daseke, NRC Group Holdings, and Canoo. From 1988 to 2016 he was a Partner at Code Hennessy & Simmons, the middle-market private equity firm he co-founded, and earlier led Midwest mezzanine investing at Citicorp. For ONE Nuclear, Dan brings the capital-formation network, public-market credibility, and board discipline required to fund capital-intensive power infrastructure at scale. He holds a BA, magna cum laude, from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
