What We Do

Integrated Energy Infrastructure
for Mission-Critical Industries

We deliver continuous, resilient energy for data centers, industry,
and utilities through a hybrid model—providing immediate power today
and a seamless transition to clean nuclear energy.

Integrated develop-own-operate Business Model

ONE Nuclear has a long-term approach to develop own and operate power generation infrastructure.  The goal is to develop GW scale
fast-track and competitive baseload power solutions, creating
a platform for reliable nuclear SMR powered energy parks to grow
with customers, sites and technologies.

Fast-track natural gas power
de-risks the business

Access to gas reciprocating power units with a delivery timeline
earlier than turbines could enable accelerated cash flow generation and enhanced commercial advantage.  ONE aims to access the mix of technologies that provide the fastest route to first power generation.

Behind-the-meter microgrid
power generation

Increasing electricity demand growth and delays accessing the grid are driving demand for behind-the-meter power solutions. ONE Nuclear is creating innovative solutions with microgrids that can operate in an island mode disconnected from the grid and can be connected when eventually a connection is available.

Multi-technology strategy

ONE Nuclear has collaboration agreements with multiple technology vendors and selects the right technology for the right power
offtaker customer and site, subsequently developing, owning
and operating the power generation facility.   ONE’s relationships
with the companies identified below range from preliminary discourse
to definitive agreements.

Multi-site portfolio
with 3 development projects

The first three development sites have been identified (East Texas, New Mexico, and Washington) from 10 priority sites within a portfolio of 75+ locations actively under evaluation. ONE Nuclear has a path
to timely deployment of power with the ability to kickstart sites
with gas power before SMRs come online.  This provides a robust growth pipeline for up to 15GW of gas and nuclear projects to be underway by 2033.

Collaborative relationship
with global energy leader

This powerful strategic relationship with one of the top 5 energy traders in the US can optimize power purchase agreements and market sales, and bring access to energy markets, trading, risk management and customer solutions.

Execution & operating capability

ONE Nuclear will be supported by Futureworx, Black & Veatch
and others to accelerate gas projects and SMR deployment, provide EPC services, support regulatory compliance, project execution,
and supply chain management.  For nuclear operations, ONE Nuclear intends to form a joint venture to provide turnkey workforce training and operations services initially for its own respective SMR projects, and subsequently as outsourced services to other nuclear developers and plant owners.
