VII (NASDAQ: HVII) (“HVII”), today announced they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement (the "Transaction" or the "Business Combination") that would result in ONE Nuclear becoming a public company to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “ONEN”.
