ONE Nuclear employs a carefully curated site selection process that strategically leverages its strong network of relationships and trusted partners to develop a dynamic pipeline of site options for energy park projects.

 

ONE Nuclear develops its own greenfield and brownfield sites. It also works with landowners and data center companies on their existing sites to create hybrid energy parks. 

 

Each site has close access to existing transmission lines, fiber connections for data, gas supply and logistics infrastructure, as well as additional space for expansion, for ONE Nuclear and for customers.  The integrated development model combines optimized site selection, energy solutions and offtake agreements into a cohesive high-value package.  

 

Development will usually start with fast-track gas power infrastructure to enable phased energy delivery leading to nuclear SMR installations, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to major electricity users on site.
